Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcelino Eudoxio made the kick off which started today's match. Marengo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Assunta the free kick. Saul Nevada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Assunta's Ezequiel Ihintza in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marengo's goalie prevented a goal. Matias Francesco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Blanco during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. David Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Matias Francesco succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Ihintza in the 27th minute of play forced Marengo's goalkeeper Timoteo Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timoteo Cordarryl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Ihintza, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 34th minute, Ezequiel Ihintza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Marcelino Eudoxio sped through Assunta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miguel Cordeara. After having played for 39 minutes, Saul Nevada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marengo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Nevada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Matias Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Ezequiel Ihintza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Assunta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Ihintza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ezequiel Ihintza to strike the kick off in the second half. Marengo's Timoteo Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Ihintza in the 52nd minute of play. When Assunta's Matias Francesco in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marengo's goalie prevented a goal. Miguel Cordeara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Eudoxio in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute Ezequiel Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Marengo's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Ihintza came free, but Timoteo Cordarryl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Saul Nevada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelino Eudoxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Marengo's Tomás Beremundo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tomás Beremundo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Marengo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tomás Beremundo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Matias Francesco struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Timoteo Cordarryl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Assunta. After a rather tough play, Marengo's Timoteo Pacorro got a free kick in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Fidele was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marengo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Assunta the free kick.
