After a rather tough play, Arbolito FC's Geronimo Luzea got a free kick in the 31st minute. 38 minutes into the match, Correra's Hugo Oliveiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saverio Oinatz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Hugo Oliveiro made a precise shot to the right of Saverio Oinatz. Arbolito FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.

Romulo Tano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Cayo in the 83rd minute of play. If Leopoldo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Correra defense, Leopoldo Cayo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Tano. The Correra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Tano should have stopped the shot. If Leopoldo Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Correra had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
