Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Faustino Ramos kicked off to start the match. Augusto Pio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15th play minutes Augusto Pio shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Isidoro Eliazar and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, López AFC's Guaberto Guillelme got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Faustino Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Pio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Isidoro Eliazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgardo Tirso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Roldan kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Diego Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The corner went over the outstretched arms of López AFC's goalie and right to Melquiades Jatsu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. López AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baldomiro Sandalio was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Edgardo Tirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Otsoko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Faustino Ramos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciro Otsoko. López AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustino Ramos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. López AFC's Augusto Pio got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eleuterio Gar hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Augusto Pio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Eliazar having to interfere. Baldomiro Sandalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dufaur FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Eliazar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edgardo Tirso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Otsoko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Ramos in the 97th minute of play forced López AFC's goalkeeper Ciro Otsoko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dufaur FC had won after a very even match.
