Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Enzo Cugat started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jeremias Thomas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Montae having to make a save. Melchor Miliano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 10 played minutes, Chinguillo's Lisandro Lastur shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Javier Olando came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chinguillo reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melchor Miliano in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Montae prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeremias Thomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Augusto Montae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Jeremias Thomas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Montae. Chinguillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremias Thomas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 25th minute, Melchor Miliano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Augusto Montae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Thomas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melchor Miliano took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Montae. Augusto Montae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Javier Olando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Cugat in the 37th minute of play. Selva FC's Javier Olando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Cugat in the 39th minute of play. In the 40thth minute of the game Enzo Cugat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Selva FC's Javier Olando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Jeremias Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Selva FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Montae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Thomas was the one to do the kick off. In the 55thth minute of the game Enzo Cugat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Selva FC's Javier Olando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enzo Cugat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Javier Olando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Miliano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Montae having to interfere. Augusto Montae made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremias Thomas in the 61st minute. In the 67th minute Jeremias Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Montae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Selva FC's Augusto Montae threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeremias Thomas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Emiliano Etor put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Javier Olando. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chinguillo! Augusto Montae went to the wrong direction when Eriberto Steven was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Melchor Miliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Augusto Montae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Hipolito Illart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melchor Miliano struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Augusto Montae didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selva FC. Enzo Cugat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Selva FC's Melchor Miliano got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jeremias Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selva FC played a much better game than Chinguillo and deserved their victory. The Chinguillo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
