Cosme Erlantz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltasar Felo in the 20th minute. The supporters of Palmar booed when Breas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Pasqual didn't get a good kick on the ball. Palmar's Mariano Etxekopar shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 28th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cosme Erlantz but with some difficulty. When Octavio Restu came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Breas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Restu couldn't finish the play. Breas's Cosme Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Breas from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Breas getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Alonzo Martxot hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Sergio Rojelio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosme Erlantz was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. If Baltasar Felo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Baltasar Felo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Palmar fans jumped to their feet. Claudio Urbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baltasar Felo struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. When Justino Gomesano fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Breas's protests and gave Justino Gomesano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Breas getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cosme Erlantz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Generoso Gagriel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
