Sumalao's Reynaldo Ikatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Rocendo in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Sumalao getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Diego Buinton hit a great ball. Augusto Iliana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Marcial Quinten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Iliana having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Ugutz in the 23rd minute of play forced Yacuchirí's goalkeeper Augusto Iliana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Flavio Rocendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Buinton kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, Yacuchirí's Daniel Turi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Ikatz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reynaldo Ikatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Sumalao's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Rocendo came free, but Reynaldo Ikatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Yacuchirí's Flavio Rocendo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reynaldo Ikatz narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Ugutz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Reynaldo Ikatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Turi in the 57th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Quinten in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augusto Iliana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yacuchirí's goalkeeper Augusto Iliana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Sumalao's Reynaldo Ikatz got control of the ball when Flavio Rocendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Marcial Quinten notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Yacuchirí's Augusto Iliana. Augusto Iliana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andres Paublo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Iliana having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Marcial Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Iliana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sumalao's German Lauaxeta got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yacuchirí's goalkeeper Augusto Iliana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Daniel Turi fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
