The crowd rose to their feet as Bartolo Tipi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernan Oso. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Aristides Mikelats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Benicio Satordi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ivan Mouricio sped through Alabahama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernan Oso. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Bartolo Tipi made the kick off in the second half. Chaguaral AFC's Benicio Satordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Mikelats in the 53rd minute of play. Aristides Mikelats's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benicio Satordi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Fernan Oso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Tipi in the 56th minute of the match. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Alabahama's goalkeeper Fernan Oso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Tipi in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chaguaral AFC had won after a very even match.
