Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gualterio Boni started the match with the kick off. Iguazú's Bernardino Urti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Boni in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Iguazú's zone, Cleto Luken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Urti came out of the goal and Cleto Luken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sergio Gar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Bernad in the 8th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Iguazú's Gervasio Bernad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Gar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernardino Urti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleto Luken in the 25th minute. Julio Semeno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergio Gar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Semeno in the 33rd minute of play. Julio Semeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sergio Gar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardino Urti made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Cleto Luken sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Mataderos booed when Iguazú was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Urbez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualterio Boni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Urti having to interfere. If Gervasio Bernad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gervasio Bernad to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Julio Semeno suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 51 minutes, Jairo Pelagius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mataderos and the Iguazú players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jairo Pelagius hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Bernardino Urti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Luken in the 56th minute of the match. Cleto Luken took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardino Urti. Bernardino Urti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Bernardino Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Luken in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervasio Bernad in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergio Gar saved Mataderos from getting behind. In the 69th minute, Domingos Pinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Iguazú! In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Mataderos. Ivan Domiku stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bernardino Urti. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Mataderos's Erubiel Mattin got a free kick in the 76th minute. Bernardino Urti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cleto Luken went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Luken in the 96th minute of play forced Iguazú's goalkeeper Bernardino Urti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
