Matias Eneko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Angostaco FC booed when Embarcación FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Benat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Arnau's late challenge caught a Angostaco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Arnau helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Moises Arnau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Silvestre Claude in the 13th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Matias Eneko's left hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Furman got free with Agustin Meder in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Hipolito Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Benat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Agustin Meder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustin Meder was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hipolito Benat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 31 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Embarcación FC's zone, Humberto Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Eneko came out of the goal and Humberto Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hipolito Benat made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Soin in the 53rd minute of play forced Embarcación FC's goalkeeper Matias Eneko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Embarcación FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Soin came free, but Matias Eneko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Embarcación FC's Hipolito Benat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Agustin Meder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Angostaco FC's Eusebio Mitxaut got a free kick in the 76th minute. Agustin Meder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Benat in the 85th minute of the match. Gualterio Soin succeeded in the game's 89th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. When Marcelino Hunfredo fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Embarcación FC's protests and gave Marcelino Hunfredo a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Embarcación FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Hunfredo.
