Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ivan Cidro started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Fontana's zone, Ivan Cidro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Quintan came out of the goal and Ivan Cidro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 minutes, Victor Duardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fontana and the Lavaisse players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes Fontana got a freekick which was hit by Victor Duardo. Ivan Cidro struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Leandro Quintan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavaisse. In the 15th match minute, Fontana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Bernaldo to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, Cesar Eladio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leandro Quintan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cesar Eladio in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Quintan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 33 minutes of play, Lavaisse's Ivan Cidro made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leandro Quintan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leandro Quintan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 played minutes Fontana got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Amor. Lavaisse's Ivan Cidro got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 49th minute of the game. One of Fontana:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lavaisse:s goal. In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Lavaisse. German Maureo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leandro Quintan. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Eder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lavaisse! Faustino Cerilo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Benjamin Eder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Lucio Fero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cristian Raulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucio Fero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Eder, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Cesar Eladio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Leandro Quintan made a huge save. Jimeno Abajas charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Abajas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jimeno Abajas kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Leandro Quintan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Cidro in the 98th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lavaisse eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
