Zacarias Peruxu charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Peruxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Barker's Zacarias Peruxu got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes of play Barker's Zacarias Peruxu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 29th match minute, Barker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Peruxu to maneuver through the defense. Astor Ler scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romulo Jakobe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gogo Oinaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. In the 64th match minute, Barker was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Perutxo to maneuver through the defense. Rogelio Rexino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Juan Irrintzi. Barker's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Astor Ler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Perutxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Jakobe having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Barker's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Oinaz came free, but Juan Irrintzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Astor Ler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Barker's Marcos Foro got a free kick in the 81st minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Orlando Petri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Echagüe FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Petri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romulo Jakobe made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Astor Ler sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute, Samuel Peli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gogo Oinaz came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Echagüe FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Oinaz couldn't finish the play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
