Alonzo Gasteiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Gorbea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alonzo Gasteiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Gorbea in the 8th minute of the match. Gualterio Prejun hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Mario Tohias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jaime Urre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Estevez in the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Chalacea getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Filomeno Bermudo hit a great ball. If Mario Tohias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filomeno Bermudo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Tohias in the 30th minute of play forced Chalacea's goalkeeper Jaime Urre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Mario Tohias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Chalacea's Jaime Urre. Jaime Urre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Mario Tohias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. Macedo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Estevez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th match minute, Chalacea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Bermudo to maneuver through the defense. After 45 minutes, Filomeno Bermudo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chalacea and the Macedo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Macedo FC booed when Chalacea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Bermudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Macedo FC's Jonatan Paio tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Chalacea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Macedo FC were winning 0-1.

In the 55th minute of the match Roman Baristo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alonzo Gasteiz skillfully saved the ball. After 55 played minutes Macedo FC got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Carlomagno. Alonzo Gasteiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Astigar, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Pascual Estevez notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Chalacea's Jaime Urre. Jaime Urre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 80 minutes, Pascual Estevez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macedo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascual Estevez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Macedo FC's Pascual Estevez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaime Urre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Placido Gorbea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Gasteiz having to interfere. Placido Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Macedo FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chalacea throughout the match.
