Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Honorato Esquipula started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Avellaneda FC's zone, Tomas Felipo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hipolito Montel came out of the goal and Tomas Felipo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the game, one of Avellaneda FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomas Felipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hipolito Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Caldera defense, Feliciano Abad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorato Ramond. The Caldera fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorato Ramond should have stopped the shot. Feliciano Abad struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Honorato Ramond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avellaneda FC. Hipolito Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Felipo in the 23rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliciano Abad got free with Honorato Ramond in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Tomas Felipo came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Caldera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Felipo couldn't finish the play. Tomas Felipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Montel having to interfere. Hipolito Montel came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Caldera's Tomas Felipo. But to his dismay, Tomas Felipo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Hipolito Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Florinio, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Avellaneda FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caldera were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Felipo made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Caldera's zone, Prospero Naelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Ramond came out of the goal and Prospero Naelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Feliciano Abad came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Avellaneda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliciano Abad couldn't finish the play. If Feliciano Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hipolito Montel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Felipo in the 68th minute of play. If Nestor Oto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Indar kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Hipolito Montel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nestor Oto in the 81st minute. After taking down the ball on Caldera's corner Abelardo Dabi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hipolito Montel quite easily take care of the ball. Tomas Felipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Montel having to interfere. Tomas Felipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Hipolito Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Oto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Montel having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Nestor Oto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hipolito Montel. Avellaneda FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nestor Oto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4.
