Adrian Libertad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesus Cordeal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Chinguillos FC's Emanuel Haritz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Orlin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 16 minutes, Damaso Cordarin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chinguillos FC and the Chicoana players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chinguillos FC's Jesus Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Aurken in the 21st minute of play. Raul Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Chicoana getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Wilfredo Prejun hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Orixe in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Orlin saved Chicoana from getting behind. Emanuel Haritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Orlin having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Chinguillos FC's zone, Artemio Aurken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Cordeal came out of the goal and Artemio Aurken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 63 played minutes Chicoana got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Kelemen. Emanuel Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vicente Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Libertad in the 69th minute of the match. Gavino Froila kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chinguillos FC's goalkeeper Jesus Cordeal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Chinguillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Libertad came free, but Jesus Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerardo Bertol's late challenge caught a Chicoana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Bertol helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Chinguillos FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Gerardo Bertol hit a great ball. Adrian Libertad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Chinguillos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chicoana:s goal. Chinguillos FC:s Jesus Cordeal showed great skill when he stopped Juan Cordarius:s penalty. Raul Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
