Cipriano Aires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Salbatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Atiles's Arnoldo Jacindo got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnoldo Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cipriano Aires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Atiles's Victoriano Salbatore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Aires made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Cipriano Aires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Salbatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When Feliberto Austin fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atiles's protests and gave Feliberto Austin a yellow card for diving instead. If Arnoldo Jacindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Froilan Fidele fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chipaté's protests and gave Froilan Fidele a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Atiles booed when Chipaté was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Fidele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victoriano Salbatore struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cipriano Aires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atiles. 42 minutes into the match, Chipaté's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Salbatore came free, but Cipriano Aires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

53 minutes into the match, Atiles's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Cordarrell came free, but Placido Xabat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Javier Locaio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. If Romeo Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Americo Cordarrell in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Placido Xabat saved Atiles from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Elvio Orlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Atiles booed when Chipaté was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Fidele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Xabat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Umbruso in the 77th minute of play. Americo Cordarrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Xabat having to interfere. If Romeo Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arnoldo Jacindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atiles's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
