Honorato Cisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Roberto Lando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Honorato Cisco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Choya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Cisco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Viamonte FC's Hermengildo Urko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saverio Orlin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manuel Frascuelo came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Saverio Orlin could save by the left post. Honorato Cisco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicasio Loramendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Honorato Cisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Honorato Cisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Lando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Viamonte FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Placido Orlondon hit a great ball. When Honorato Cisco came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Choya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Cisco couldn't finish the play. Nicasio Loramendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Abel Pinto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viamonte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Choya the free kick. The supporters of Choya booed when Viamonte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Loramendi in the 33rd minute of play forced Viamonte FC's goalkeeper Roberto Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Viamonte FC's Hermengildo Urko got a free kick in the 35th minute. Choya's Nicasio Loramendi got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, Viamonte FC's Aquilino Ekialde broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicasio Loramendi to strike the kick off in the second half. Honorato Cisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Roberto Lando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viamonte FC's Roberto Lando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Loramendi in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Viamonte FC's Roberto Lando got control of the ball when Honorato Cisco tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Aaron Hever fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viamonte FC's protests and gave Aaron Hever a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Aaron Hever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Lando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Loramendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Choya's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Urko came free, but Saverio Orlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hermengildo Urko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Saverio Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Senio's late challenge caught a Viamonte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogelio Senio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th match minute, Choya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Senio to maneuver through the defense. Saverio Orlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Playo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Nicasio Loramendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Choya's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicasio Loramendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Lando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hermengildo Urko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Choya players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Viamonte FC.
