After 32 minutes, Efrain Peli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pourtalé and the Puntilla AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Candido Rius made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Enrique Firmo sent off a good shot on target. 46 minutes into the game, Francisco Arano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puntilla AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pourtalé the free kick. A collision led to Puntilla AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Francisco Arano hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romeo Presebal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Enrique Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Montae charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Montae the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Conrado Montae hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 62 minutes in the game, Feliciano Ebardo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Enrique Firmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Romeo Presebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Toro kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Romeo Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Puntilla AFC's Lino Nuxila got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Conrado Montae managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puntilla AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Montae was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Oton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaudencio Urbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Nuxila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Nicolas Oton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Romeo Presebal rounded Pourtalé's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Candido Rius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Ebardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
