The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Divisadero AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Bakar came free, but Tomas Raitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Ladislao Sagrario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cosme Bakar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lucio Llin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Gilen having to interfere. Oscar Gilen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Ramirez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-2 became the score in the 36th minute when Ladislao Sagrario elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Oscar Gilen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Sagrario in the 39th minute of the match. Lucio Llin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Abelardo Quilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Rumo getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Marco Guillelme hit a great ball. 47 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Divisadero AFC's Paulo Ramirez fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ladislao Sagrario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Lucio Lluis fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rumo's protests and gave Lucio Lluis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rumo's Lucio Lluis got a free kick in the 54th minute. Oscar Gilen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Sagrario, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Lucio Llin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosme Bakar in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Raitin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Ricardo Erramu could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Oscar Gilen however easily saved by the left post. Tomas Raitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Llin, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The supporters of Divisadero AFC booed when Rumo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Emesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ladislao Sagrario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Divisadero AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislao Sagrario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Gilen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Ramirez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cosme Bakar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Raitin having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Divisadero AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Erramu. After a rather tough play, Divisadero AFC's Danilo Abaunza got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Tomas Raitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Bakar in the 95th minute of play. Divisadero AFC's Paulo Ramirez got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Rumo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Divisadero AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
