After a rather tough play, Puntilla AFC's Conrado Montae got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute of the match Danilo Abaunza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Candido Rius showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Candido Rius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Ramirez, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tomas Raitin made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Igor Urtun sent off a good shot on target. 28 minutes into the match, Divisadero AFC's Paulo Ramirez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Candido Rius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Puntilla AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Ilazki. Igor Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Raitin having to interfere. Tomas Raitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Presebal in the 39th minute of the match. Puntilla AFC's Romeo Presebal got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ladislao Sagrario made a kick off. Candido Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Sagrario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Puntilla AFC's Candido Rius got control of the ball when Paulo Ramirez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Divisadero AFC booed when Puntilla AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Claus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Paulo Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Ramirez got free with Candido Rius in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Raitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Presebal in the 71st minute of the match. Puntilla AFC's Candido Rius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Puntilla AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Sagrario in the 74th minute of play forced Puntilla AFC's goalkeeper Candido Rius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Divisadero AFC's goalkeeper Tomas Raitin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Puntilla AFC's Romeo Presebal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Raitin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Puntilla AFC's Candido Rius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Puntilla AFC from getting a goal against them. The referee gave Divisadero AFC a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Danilo Abaunza, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Puntilla AFC's Candido Rius. 0-2. Puntilla AFC's Romeo Presebal got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
