Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ambrosio Urbez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Urbasa in the 4th minute of play. Pablo Gomesano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ambrosio Urbez having to make a save. After having played for 10 minutes, Pablo Gomesano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goicó FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Gomesano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Urbasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Urbez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Garrayalde's Saverio Ongile got a free kick in the 13th minute. Ladislao Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Criston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Goicó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Criston came free, but Ladislao Handi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Martin Criston got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ambrosio Urbez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Laurgain in the 33rd minute of play. When Cecilio Laurgain fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goicó FC's protests and gave Cecilio Laurgain a yellow card for diving instead. Goicó FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Martin Criston scored to the left of an out of position Ladislao Handi, making the score, 1-0. 48 minutes into the match, Garrayalde's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Gomesano came free, but Ambrosio Urbez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Criston made a kick off. Garrayalde's Martin Criston got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Criston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Handi having to interfere. Teofilo Gaitan struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ladislao Handi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garrayalde. Ladislao Handi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Criston's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Casimiro Lertxun kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With his leg Ambrosio Urbez managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Goicó FC's Pablo Gomesano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Teofilo Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Handi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Criston in the 77th minute of the match. Adrian Urbasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Garrayalde booed when Goicó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Bizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Criston scored 2-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ladislao Handi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 92 minutes into the game, Garrayalde's Teofilo Gaitan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ladislao Handi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Lertxun in the 96th minute of play forced Goicó FC's goalkeeper Ladislao Handi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Goicó FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Garrayalde.
