Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th match minute, Rangel AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Ipar to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 5 minutes, Pedro Peru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leoni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Peru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Cordarrell in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Lorien saved Leoni from getting behind. Reynaldo Lorien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Cordarrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Honorio Mambru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Pedro Peru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Leoni's Eliseo Tiadoro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorio Mambru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Eliseo Tiadoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Tiadoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honorio Mambru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Nazario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Rangel AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Benicio Erramun hit a great ball. When Eliseo Tiadoro came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Leoni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Tiadoro couldn't finish the play. Rangel AFC's Honorio Mambru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Peru in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Cordarrell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silverio Unai kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Segundo Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Rangel AFC's Segundo Cordarrell ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reynaldo Lorien. Reynaldo Lorien yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. A collision led to Rangel AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Segundo Cordarrell hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rangel AFC's zone, Pedro Peru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorio Mambru came out of the goal and Pedro Peru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the match, Rangel AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Tiadoro came free, but Honorio Mambru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Mambru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Tiadoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, Leoni's goalkeeper Reynaldo Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andres Cordairo. In the 75th minute, Cecilio Nazario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pedro Peru came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Leoni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Peru couldn't finish the play. Segundo Cordarrell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Lorien having to make a save. 80 minutes into the game, Andres Cordairo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Reynaldo Lorien was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute Segundo Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Pedro Peru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Mambru. Rangel AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Peru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Reynaldo Lorien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Cordarrell in the 90th minute of the match. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leoni's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ruben Larra was slow to take the kick. During this time Rangel AFC's players had a chance to rest. Rangel AFC's Ruben Larra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Reynaldo Lorien in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rangel AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
