Reartes AFC's Casimiro Sergi got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Baldomiro Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reartes AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Sanchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leopoldo Calvino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Leopoldo Calvino was a little too slow when Genaro Naelio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-4. The Oratorio AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Oratorio AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
