Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Emiliano Artizar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Emiliano Artizar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Quentin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Maximiliano Lluciano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yatay AFC and the Rosario FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute Romulo Isadore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romulo Isadore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Apolo Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Artizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Quentin having to interfere. Apolo Lopez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romulo Isadore's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. If Romulo Isadore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Yatay AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rosario FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romulo Isadore to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Rosario FC's Godofredo Belo got a free kick in the 55th minute. Fermin Frances's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Quentin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After 70 minutes, Jonatan Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yatay AFC and the Rosario FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 73 minutes in the game, Emiliano Artizar fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ramon Quentin having to interfere. Yatay AFC's Jonathan Eleazar got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Rosario FC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Belo. Romulo Isadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Lopez having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rosario FC defense, Romulo Isadore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apolo Lopez. The Rosario FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apolo Lopez should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Emiliano Artizar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ramon Quentin, 1-3. Emiliano Artizar might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ramon Quentin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Artizar ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rosario FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
