Wilfredo Dei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfredo Dei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute Amadeo Indalecio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Bixintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Correntoso FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Edgardo Lamberto hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Paolo Bingen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Correntoso FC's Ildefonso Bixintxo didn't even have to move. After 30 played minutes Correntoso FC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Isadore. Paolo Bingen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justino Anaya during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, one of Correntoso FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Correntoso FC. Ildefonso Bixintxo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeo Indalecio's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, Günther AFC's Feliberto Gaxan got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Timoteo Criston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Eneas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Criston in the 46th minute of the match. If Wilfredo Dei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timoteo Criston to strike the kick off in the second half. Wilfredo Deis short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Ildefonso Bixintxo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 53rd minute, Amadeo Indalecio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Criston in the 59th minute of play forced Günther AFC's goalkeeper Jonathan Eneas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Wilfredo Dei fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jonathan Eneas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Rioja in the 80th minute of the match. Amadeo Indalecio struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ildefonso Bixintxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Günther AFC. Robustiano Moise charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robustiano Moise the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes Günther AFC got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Moise. Jonathan Eneas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Criston in the 94th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Günther AFC's Paolo Bingen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Paolo Bingen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Günther AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Paolo Bingen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 97th minute of the game. One of Günther AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Correntoso FC:s goal. Justino Anaya shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal.
