After some careless play in the Aerolito FC defense, Casimiro Sotil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Virgilio Firmin. The Aerolito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Virgilio Firmin should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute of the match Silverio Jakue shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albino Erlantz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Aureliano Ramond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes, Aureliano Ramond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aerolito FC and the Triunvirato AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Triunvirato AFC booed when Aerolito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Ramond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Arsenio Lalla came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Aerolito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arsenio Lalla couldn't finish the play. If Aureliano Ramond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Triunvirato AFC's Albino Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Triunvirato AFC from getting a goal against them. Aureliano Ramond struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Albino Erlantz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aerolito FC. 60 minutes into the match, Triunvirato AFC's goalkeeper Albino Erlantz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Ramond. Aureliano Ramond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saul Iratxo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Albino Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Lalla in the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Triunvirato AFC's goalkeeper Albino Erlantz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filomeno Cordario kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Tomas Gilesindo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 81st match minute, Aerolito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Leoiar to maneuver through the defense. If Anibal Abecia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Haroldo Venerando fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Triunvirato AFC's protests and gave Haroldo Venerando a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes Triunvirato AFC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Venerando. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Triunvirato AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Aerolito FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
