Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ciro Pancho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Otumpa AFC booed when Calmucó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Breogan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Benedicto Herena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calmucó AFC's Santos Filipo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santos Filipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Castulo in the 11th minute of play. Benedicto Herena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Santos Filipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17thth minute of the game Jairo Castulo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calmucó AFC's Santos Filipo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Benedicto Herena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Filipo came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Otumpa AFC's Jairo Castulo. But to his dismay, Jairo Castulo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 0-2 became the score in the 32nd minute when Benedicto Herena elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Higinio Guerau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calmucó AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. If Benedicto Herena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Castulo to make the kick off. Santos Filipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Castulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Higinio Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rosendo Maore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Calmucó AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Castulo came free, but Santos Filipo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th match minute, Calmucó AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Breogan to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calmucó AFC's goalkeeper Santos Filipo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santos Filipo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benedicto Herena went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Rosendo Maore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jairo Castulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jairo Castulo fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Otumpa AFC's protests and gave Jairo Castulo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Otumpa AFC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jairo Castulo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Calmucó AFC's zone, Benedicto Herena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Filipo came out of the goal and Benedicto Herena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Amado Eguerdi came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Calmucó AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Eguerdi couldn't finish the play.
