Tomás Licerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Romo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. With his leg Baldomiro Raymundo managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Belloco FC's Wilfredo Urbasa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 9th match minute, Belloco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Mogel to maneuver through the defense. Felix Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Goizeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Bonifacio Mogel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfredo Urbasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Raymundo having to interfere. With a little luck, Apóstoles AFC's Baldomiro Raymundo got control of the ball when Wilfredo Urbasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilfredo Urbasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Raymundo made a huge save. Natalio Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Romo having to interfere. Belloco FC's Felix Romo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Goizeder in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Belloco FC defense, Natalio Goizeder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felix Romo. The Belloco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felix Romo should have stopped the shot. The Belloco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Apóstoles AFC were winning 0-1.

Godofredo Celipe scored 1-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomiro Raymundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Apóstoles AFC booed when Belloco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Esdras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natalio Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Romo having to interfere. Tomás Licerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Felix Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Goizeder in the 68th minute of play forced Belloco FC's goalkeeper Felix Romo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Apóstoles AFC's Arnulfo Jakue got a free kick in the 70th minute. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Apóstoles AFC! Baldomiro Raymundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Tomás Licerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Felix Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Urbasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tomás Licerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th match minute, Apóstoles AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Rey to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Apóstoles AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Belloco FC.
