Ruperto Millano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Hori in the 6th minute of play. Genaro Ticho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ruperto Millano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Melquiades Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Abadie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Etxeberri in the 20th minute of play forced Huyamampa's goalkeeper Anastasio Cisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Geofredo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Moises Victoro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anastasio Cisco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Ambul FC's goalkeeper Ruperto Millano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Ticho. Roque Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Anastasio Cisco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Abadie in the 35th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Ambul FC's Melquiades Abadie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anastasio Cisco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 42 minutes into the game, Anselmo Gaitan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huyamampa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ambul FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Huyamampa's Anselmo Gaitan got a free kick in the 42nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nestor Etxeberri in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Cisco saved Huyamampa from getting behind. When Nestor Etxeberri came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ambul FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Etxeberri couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geronimo Hori to make the kick off. Nestor Etxeberri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Anastasio Cisco made a huge save. Anastasio Cisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Abadie in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Ambul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Sidro to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Millano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Hori, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Geronimo Min was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ambul FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huyamampa the free kick. In the 68th minute, Geronimo Min hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anastasio Cisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Abadie, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Vicente Geofredo's late challenge caught a Ambul FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Geofredo helped the player get up and apologised. Vicente Geofredo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. A nice corner shot did that Moises Victoro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Anastasio Cisco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Melquiades Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Huyamampa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Melquiades Abadie 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. If Melquiades Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
