Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeronimo Illart during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Caraguatay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Illart to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Palermo FC's Fernan Mino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tadeo Sindo. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. If Fernan Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palermo FC's Everardo Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Dominic in the 11th minute of play. Everardo Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Dominic in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Palermo FC got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Bizen. After some careless play in the Caraguatay AFC defense, Cirilo Gines kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeo Sindo. The Caraguatay AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeo Sindo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Mino in the 35th minute of play forced Caraguatay AFC's goalkeeper Tadeo Sindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40thth minute of the game Aaron Dominic who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palermo FC's Everardo Belmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aaron Dominic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The attack was good, but when Aaron Dominic in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Everardo Belmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Rayman in the 45th minute of play. If Silverio Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Anastasio Bizen hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Everardo Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Rayman, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Tadeo Sindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Gines in the 59th minute of play. In the last second Everardo Belmiro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Silverio Rayman in the 63rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Aaron Dominic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Everardo Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Caraguatay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Erauso to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute of the match Arturo Montrell shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tadeo Sindo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Haroldo Erauso hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Fernan Mino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeo Sindo was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 73rd minute, Cirilo Gines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Palermo FC's Vicente Ferran got a free kick in the 75th minute. Aaron Dominic struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Everardo Belmiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caraguatay AFC. After 83 minutes, Marcelino Intxixu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palermo FC and the Caraguatay AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Palermo FC's Marcelino Intxixu got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Aaron Dominic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Everardo Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Palermo FC's zone, Silverio Rayman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Everardo Belmiro came out of the goal and Silverio Rayman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Aaron Dominic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caraguatay AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Dominic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Palermo FC's goalkeeper Everardo Belmiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vicente Ferran's late challenge caught a Caraguatay AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Ferran helped the player get up and apologised. Vicente Ferran hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Everardo Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Rayman in the 96th minute of the match.
