Saverio Manni's late challenge caught a Recalde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Manni helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Tipiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Manni to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st match minute, Recalde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Matia to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Pinto didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Recalde's Mateo Gora shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 35 played minutes Tipiro got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Cedro. After a defensive mix-up in Tipiro's zone, Mateo Gora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Pinto came out of the goal and Mateo Gora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Esteve Ostadar took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristo Pinto. Cristo Pinto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mateo Gora got free with Cristo Pinto in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristo Pinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mateo Gora in the 59th minute. Elpidio Peyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Cristo Pinto made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Isaias Tauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Desiderio Venceslas was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Ivan Rainerio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Valentin Urtungo, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the final whistle sounded Recalde left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tipiro.
