Silvio Ritchie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Ihintza having to make a save. 20 minutes into the match, Tienso's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Jon came free, but Remigio Oton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tienso's zone, Clemente Eliu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Oton came out of the goal and Clemente Eliu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Clemente Eliu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemente Eliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Leonardo Azibar fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tienso's protests and gave Leonardo Azibar a yellow card for diving instead. Smith FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severiano Lluterio in the 31st minute. 31 minutes into the game, Silvio Ritchie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tienso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Smith FC the free kick. Silvio Ritchie hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Severiano Lluterio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Remigio Oton came out and tried to block the shot, but Severiano Lluterio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 32nd minute. Clemente Eliu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remigio Oton. Remigio Oton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Tienso's zone, Benigno Jon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigio Oton came out of the goal and Benigno Jon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benigno Jon was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Silvio Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tienso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Ritchie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 54 played minutes Smith FC got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Urdaspal. A collision led to Smith FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Gavino Lluc hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Enzo Kusko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Ihintza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Aurelio Noe came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Tienso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Noe couldn't finish the play. After 67 played minutes Tienso got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Ritchie. Remigio Oton came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Smith FC's Clemente Eliu. But to his dismay, Clemente Eliu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Clemente Eliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute Benigno Jon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Oton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Noe in the 80th minute of play forced Smith FC's goalkeeper Juan Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tienso's Aurelio Noe in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Smith FC's goalie prevented a goal. Edelmiro Urdaspal's late challenge caught a Tienso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edelmiro Urdaspal helped the player get up and apologised. Aurelio Noe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Juan Ihintza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Aurelio Noe sped through Smith FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Ihintza. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tienso players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Smith FC.
