Inocencio Ibar scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gervasio Sol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Ponc in the 38th minute of play forced Isoquí's goalkeeper Gervasio Sol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnulfo Heriberto's late challenge caught a Fanegas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnulfo Heriberto helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Hector Ederono's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matias Jurgi was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Aquilino Ponc received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gervasio Sol came out and tried to block the shot, but Aquilino Ponc slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 95th minute. Fanegas AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
