In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chañar's goalkeeper Natalio Ignazio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Natalio Ignazio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silverio Ruy went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Melchor Gonsalvo struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Natalio Ignazio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Antilla. 34 minutes into the match, Chañar's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Urko came free, but Natalio Ignazio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ildefonso Eneto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Aquiles Behe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chañar booed when Antilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Arnalt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Godofredo Urko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Godofredo Urko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Natalio Ignazio. That made the score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Godofredo Urko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natalio Ignazio was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 81st minute, Cristobal Ladio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Diagur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antilla's Aquiles Behe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Eneto in the 85th minute of play. Godofredo Urko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Ignazio having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Marcelino Diagur notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Antilla's Aquiles Behe. Aquiles Behe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Antilla players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Chañar from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
