The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cosme Rosalio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Llanos having to interfere. Guido Frichoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Llanos having to interfere. Fausto Gaueko charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Gaueko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Fausto Gaueko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Cleto Brun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Navarro AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Brun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidro Estavan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute of the match, Cosme Rosalio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valentin Llanos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Rosalio in the 28th minute of play forced Navarro AFC's goalkeeper Valentin Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Navarro AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Guido Frichoso scored to the left of an out of position Valentin Llanos, making the score, 1-1. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Navarro AFC! In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Mackenna FC. Enzo Loren stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Valentin Llanos. 2-1. Emiliano Malvin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Isidro Estavan made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Emiliano Malvin sent off a good shot on target. Guido Frichoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Valentin Llanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Cosme Rosalio managed to get in a good position for a shot. The referee showed Robustiano Isaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mackenna FC's Isidro Estavan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Brun in the 94th minute of play. Elias Hustaz charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Hustaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Navarro AFC's Elias Hustaz got a free kick in the 97th minute. Mackenna FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Navarro AFC for a fine match.
