Mackenna FC's Isidro Estavan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Mackenna FC from getting a goal against them. In the 8th minute, Guido Frichoso made a precise shot to the right of Domingo Eufemio. Bowen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 13 minutes Bowen's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Loren who took care of the corner kick. Guido Frichoso struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Domingo Eufemio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mackenna FC. Domingo Eufemio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cosme Rosalio's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 19th match minute, Bowen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Rocendo to maneuver through the defense. Cosme Rosalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Eufemio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Rosalio in the 24th minute of play. Atilano Ortzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Pero during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mackenna FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Tobias Quintin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Bowen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Severo Orain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cosme Rosalio made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Fausto Beliran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute, Angel Edur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tobias Quintin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Isidro Estavan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee showed Silverio Rocendo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Silverio Rocendo hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bowen fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mackenna FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
