Lucio Sanchez charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucio Sanchez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Caspinchango AFC's Antonio Hodei got control of the ball when Victor Eudoxio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jose Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Victor Berasko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caspinchango AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Victorica the free kick. In the 15th minute, one of Caspinchango AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Caspinchango AFC. Gavino Patrido placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After having played for 18 minutes, Gavino Patrido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Victorica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Patrido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Victorica's zone, Jose Gotzon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Segundo Beturian came out of the goal and Jose Gotzon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Reynaldo Cuartio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Caspinchango AFC's Jose Gotzon got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Caspinchango AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Hodei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Eudoxio. Segundo Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Cuartio in the 31st minute of play. Segundo Beturian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Cuartio in the 33rd minute of the match. Ladislao Havier hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When Jose Gotzon came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Caspinchango AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Gotzon couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Placido Gaspard was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Victorica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Orlo to maneuver through the defense. Segundo Beturian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Cuartio in the 57th minute of the match. Reynaldo Cuartio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorica's Segundo Beturian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Chap in the 64th minute of play. When Modesto Chap fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caspinchango AFC's protests and gave Modesto Chap a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Caspinchango AFC's Modesto Chap got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 79th minute, Jose Gotzon made a precise shot to the right of Segundo Beturian. Victorica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Cuartio in the 89th minute of play forced Victorica's goalkeeper Segundo Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Victorica's Patricio Botello got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Reynaldo Cuartio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Caspinchango AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
