With a little luck, Nacimiento AFC's Emanuel Cordarrol got control of the ball when Jacobo Rameriz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carolo Ramone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Furtado in the 15th minute of play. Nacimiento AFC were furious when Victorino Dolfo was red carded, 33 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 32 minutes into the game, one of Nacimiento AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vladimiro Amato shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Ambrosio Indalecio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ambrosio Indalecio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roman Ferman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Orlondon during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 71 minutes, Nacimiento AFC's Isidoro Bento got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Carolo Ramone. Ambrosio Indalecio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes, Cirilo Lehoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chorrillos FC and the Nacimiento AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nacimiento AFC booed when Chorrillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Lehoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Indalecio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Cordarrol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Rameriz in the 91st minute of the match. Jacobo Rameriz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacobo Rameriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Cordarrol having to interfere. In the 98th minute Jacobo Rameriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Cordarrol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nacimiento AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
