Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Antonio Llope got the match started through his kick off. Iker Abastas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Llope's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. The attack was good, but when Celestino Loreto in the 7th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Roque Hanot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Celestino Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felix Gartzea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roque Hanot in the 17th minute. Antonio Llope recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Godfredo Bakar fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Miñones's protests and gave Godfredo Bakar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Miñones getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Godfredo Bakar hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ramones FC's Antonio Llope got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Loreto in the 44th minute of play forced Ramones FC's goalkeeper Felix Gartzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Celestino Loreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Gartzea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roque Hanot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Gartzea having to make a save.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celestino Loreto was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Silvestre Abastas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Ramones FC's Virgilio Cuartio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ramones FC's Felix Gartzea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Loreto in the 60th minute of play. Iker Abastas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Llope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Celestino Loreto made a precise shot to the right of Felix Gartzea. Ramones FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 70 minutes into the match, Miñones's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Llope came free, but Iker Abastas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ramones FC's Tobias Havier got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Marcelino Osoitz hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Nicolas Remicio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miñones's Iker Abastas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Llope in the 78th minute of play. Nicolas Remicio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Abastas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Nicolas Remicio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 96 played minutes Miñones got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Rufo. Ramones FC's attack was well implemented in the 97th minute, but when Antonio Llope was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
