The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Tiadoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Peruanton having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Sergio Rufo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lehman's supporters rose to their feet, but Sergio Rufo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Frans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Tuizón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lehman:s goal. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Lehman. Benedicto Dolfo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ciro Frans. 0-1. In the 28th minute Sergio Rufo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Peruanton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Deunoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Garin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergio Rufo in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Frans saved Tuizón from getting behind. Clemente Ioritz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Frans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergio Rufo made a kick off. Dionisio Tulio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Peruanton having to interfere. When Sergio Rufo came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Lehman fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Rufo couldn't finish the play. Clemente Tiso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Peruanton having to interfere. If Laureano Deunoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laureano Deunoro succeeded in the game's 93rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Ramiro Garin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulo Peruanton. Lehman's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
