Elvio Herensuge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 minutes, Victor Jobo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porongal and the Lafinur FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Victor Jobo hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Elvio Herensuge sped through Lafinur FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Evarado. Angelo Miliano's late challenge caught a Lafinur FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelo Miliano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Porongal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Miliano to maneuver through the defense. Gaspar Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Piorno having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Gaspar Elixio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leandro Piorno. The goal made the score 1-1. If Justo Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justo Cordeal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Zeledon Evarado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeledon Evarado came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Porongal's Justo Cordeal. But to his dismay, Justo Cordeal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 36th minute, Justo Cordeal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 played minutes Lafinur FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Fix. Zeledon Evarado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Herensuge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justo Cordeal to make the kick off. After having played for 63 minutes, Justo Cordeal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Porongal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Cordeal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elvio Herensuge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Zeledon Evarado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Piorno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaspar Elixio's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Selatse in the 75th minute of play forced Porongal's goalkeeper Leandro Piorno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Claudio Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Piorno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Porongal's zone, Gaspar Elixio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Piorno came out of the goal and Gaspar Elixio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th match minute, Lafinur FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Llin to maneuver through the defense. Elvio Herensuge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zeledon Evarado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Lázaro Diagur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lafinur FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Porongal the free kick. After a rather tough play, Lafinur FC's Lázaro Diagur got a free kick in the 86th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Porongal's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Elixio came free, but Leandro Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justo Cordeal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Zeledon Evarado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lafinur FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Porongal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
