Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ubaldo Gomesano started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Bernardino Lauaxeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Igon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tobias Chano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Maximo Botello made a huge save. Fabricio Gilabert's late challenge caught a Vila FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Gilabert helped the player get up and apologised. Fabricio Gilabert hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Bernardino Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Cayetano Igon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Vila FC got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Odilon. After recieving a nice pass, Coquimbito's Mauricio Cibran tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Bernardino Lauaxeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardino Lauaxeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Igon having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Horacio Abeita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Botello made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Rogelio Beremundo sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Abastas struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Maximo Botello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila FC. Rogelio Beremundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximo Botello. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogelio Beremundo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Coquimbito's Juan Danel got a free kick in the 40th minute. Cayetano Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Gomesano in the 47th minute of the match. The supporters of Coquimbito booed when Vila FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Mel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After taking down the ball on Coquimbito's corner Mauricio Cibran fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cayetano Igon quite easily take care of the ball. After the first half Coquimbito were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Abastas to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Bernardino Lauaxeta notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vila FC's Cayetano Igon. Cayetano Igon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rogelio Beremundo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Bernardino Lauaxeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Botello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Abastas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cayetano Igon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Gomesano in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes in the game, Ubaldo Gomesano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cayetano Igon having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Vila FC's goalkeeper Cayetano Igon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardino Lauaxeta. After 73 minutes, Mateo Odilon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila FC and the Coquimbito players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vila FC! Maximo Botello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Abastas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Bernardino Lauaxeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Igon having to interfere. Rogelio Beremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Maximo Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ubaldo Gomesano came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Coquimbito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Gomesano couldn't finish the play. Maximo Botello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogelio Beremundo in the 88th minute of play. The Coquimbito players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
