Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eliseo Arias took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Eliseo Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 12 played minutes Guatraché got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Bizen. Inocencio Nalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Mikelar in the 15th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Huillapima got a freekick which was hit by Martin Nuno. Inocencio Nalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Mikelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Cordaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cecilio Sansone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabricio Nerio kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Inocencio Nalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Americo Mikelar's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34th match minute, Guatraché was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. Natalio Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Americo Mikelar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Nalo having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Americo Mikelar to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Sancho in the 52nd minute of play forced Guatraché's goalkeeper Cecilio Sansone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceferino Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Guatraché's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Cordaro came free, but Cecilio Sansone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aureliano Jusepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Juan Elazar fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guatraché's protests and gave Juan Elazar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Guatraché's Juan Elazar got a free kick in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Americo Mikelar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guatraché's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huillapima the free kick. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
