Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ubaldo Eskuin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sayaco AFC's Arsenio Jurgi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cortaderas AFC. Ubaldo Eskuin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Turi might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severo Tristan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximino Turi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th play minute Prudencio Chago came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Severo Tristan. 1-0. In the 21st minute, Pastor Chuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes Sayaco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Milian. 24 minutes into the match, Sayaco AFC's Maximiliano Milian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clemente Lamberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severo Tristan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 31st minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Prudencio Chago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cortaderas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Chago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Tristan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute Maximino Turi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Maximiliano Milian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximino Turi was the one to do the kick off. Severo Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cortaderas AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Paolo Abel hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cortaderas AFC's zone, Maximiliano Milian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Lamberto came out of the goal and Maximiliano Milian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Giraldo during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Sayaco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Giraldo. After 60 played minutes, Cortaderas AFC's Geronimo Harkaitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Severo Tristan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cortaderas AFC reached it. If Maximino Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute Paolo Abel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cortaderas AFC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Paolo Abel hit a great ball. Maximiliano Milian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Clemente Lamberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Sayaco AFC's Ubaldo Eskuin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Evelio Harri hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Feliciano Udalaitz thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Severo Tristan, a very annoying self made goal in the 72nd minute which led to 3-3. Sayaco AFC's Maximiliano Milian got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armando Breogan charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Breogan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Chago in the 84th minute of play forced Sayaco AFC's goalkeeper Severo Tristan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Turi struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Severo Tristan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cortaderas AFC. Prudencio Chago took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severo Tristan. Severo Tristan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cortaderas AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sayaco AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
