Godofredo Domiku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Dolfos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Yacuy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Videl came free, but Augusto Karlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonas Machado during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Mauro Dolfos made the kick off in the second half. Hugo Ugaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
