Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gualterio Balendin started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Neild was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Iaki to maneuver through the defense. The Polvaredas fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Polvaredas's Israel Cordarius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 11th minute, Gualterio Balendin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gualterio Balendin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ovidio Mogel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Neild's Edgard Medardo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Fernando Flor's late challenge caught a Neild's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Flor helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Polvaredas's Fernando Flor got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Donato Guipuzkoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Medardo's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Edgard Medardo made a precise shot to the right of Donato Guipuzkoa. Polvaredas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ernesto Garoa hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victoriano Txanton during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Polvaredas! Edgard Medardo struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Donato Guipuzkoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neild. Fernando Flor kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Edgard Medardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Saturnino Weterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Polvaredas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Neild were winning 1-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Medardo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Polvaredas's Ernesto Garoa got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Polvaredas! The goalkeeper, Donato Guipuzkoa, was totally fooled by Neild's Placido Gorri, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Donato Guipuzkoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Medardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgard Medardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Donato Guipuzkoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Gualterio Balendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Polvaredas's Donato Guipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Polvaredas from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Ferman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polvaredas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neild the free kick. In the 89th match minute, Polvaredas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Ferman to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute Edgard Medardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Guipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Polvaredas's Donato Guipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Polvaredas from getting a goal against them. After recieving a nice pass, Neild's Placido Gorri tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Ernesto Garoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neild played a much better game than Polvaredas and deserved their victory. The Polvaredas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
