Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maximo Kauldi got the match started through his kick off. Matias Oliverio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severino Curcio in the 4th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Marino during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Achalco booed when Zapallar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Marino didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Achalco's Matias Oliverio threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maximo Kauldi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Remigio Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigio Marino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Lekubegi having to interfere. Severino Curcio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Matias Oliverio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Silvio Nisio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zapallar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Nisio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejandro Lekubegi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute of the match Eugenio Nisio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alejandro Lekubegi skillfully saved the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigio Marino to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvio Nisio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Alejandro Lekubegi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Abadia hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute Remigio Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Lekubegi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvio Nisio struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Alejandro Lekubegi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zapallar FC. Gustavo Malvin's late challenge caught a Zapallar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustavo Malvin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zapallar FC booed when Achalco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Remigio Marino took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Alejandro Lekubegi to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Achalco's Alejandro Lekubegi got control of the ball when Silvio Nisio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvio Nisio in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alejandro Lekubegi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience was convinced that Maximo Kauldi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matias Oliverio was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zapallar FC's goalkeeper Matias Oliverio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Matias Oliverio came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Achalco's Maximo Kauldi. But to his dismay, Maximo Kauldi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Matias Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Curcio in the 94th minute of play.
