Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Sebastian Rodas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jorge Manex received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Eustaquio Blasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haroldo Chayo charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haroldo Chayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Haroldo Chayo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Amador Playo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Juan Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustaquio Blasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Lope, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Cololo got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Guillem. Gustavo Elivareo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Miramar's Amador Playo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Sebastian Rodas came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Miramar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Rodas couldn't finish the play. Guaberto Lope took the ball and in the 49 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Blasco. Eustaquio Blasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauricio Colon to make the kick off. Guaberto Lope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Eustaquio Blasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauricio Colon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Blasco having to interfere. In the 73rd play minute Guaberto Lope came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eustaquio Blasco. 0-4. The supporters of Cololo booed when Miramar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Chayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Eustaquio Blasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cololo booed when Miramar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Bertol didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Guaberto Lope fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eustaquio Blasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Colon in the 92nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Itzaina during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Miramar got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Itzaina. After a defensive mix-up in Miramar's zone, Mauricio Colon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Blasco came out of the goal and Mauricio Colon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cololo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
