Gualterio Furtado might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Ieltxu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gualterio Furtado ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the match, Gualterio Furtado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of LIDIA CLUB FC's Ermegildo Ieltxu. Ermegildo Ieltxu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Baldomiro Llope hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 minutes of play, Concarán's Efrain Seber made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Ieltxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute, Nunez Meder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Seber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Ieltxu having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Fidele was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LIDIA CLUB FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Concarán the free kick. Edelmiro Fidele kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. If Efrain Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, LIDIA CLUB FC's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Seber came free, but Ermegildo Ieltxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, LIDIA CLUB FC's Gualterio Thomas threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Enrique Ilazki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Efrain Seber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Ieltxu having to interfere. In the 45th minute Gualterio Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Ieltxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Seber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Concarán were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Ilazki was the one to do the kick off. Gualterio Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Ieltxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 56th minute Candido Beremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, LIDIA CLUB FC's Enrique Ilazki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gualterio Thomas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Concarán's Gualterio Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ermegildo Ieltxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gualterio Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Ieltxu having to interfere. Efrain Seber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Ieltxu having to interfere. A wasted opportunity for LIDIA CLUB FC. 83 minutes into the game, Higinio Cutberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LIDIA CLUB FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Concarán the free kick. After 83 played minutes LIDIA CLUB FC got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Cutberto. Concarán's Efrain Seber got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Concarán fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Concarán's Efrain Seber looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Concarán's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
