Yocsina FC's Jairo Egoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Illan in the 11th minute of play. Jairo Egoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Illan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Monteagudo AFC booed when Yocsina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Cheche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelino Arano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Endura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Yocsina FC's zone, Carlos Illan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Egoi came out of the goal and Carlos Illan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes Monteagudo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Illan. In the 28th minute, Filiberto Endura fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 31 minutes into the match, Yocsina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Musko came free, but Jairo Egoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Monteagudo AFC booed when Yocsina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Rexino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the game, Pedro Musko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jairo Egoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Monteagudo AFC's Pedro Musko got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Filiberto Endura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Yocsina FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Monteagudo AFC were winning 0-2.
The wind increased when Carlos Illan made the kick off in the second half. When Filiberto Endura came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Yocsina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Endura couldn't finish the play. In the 60thth minute of the game Filiberto Endura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monteagudo AFC's Angelino Arano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Amancio Cheche came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Yocsina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Cheche couldn't finish the play. Pedro Musko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Monteagudo AFC's Angelino Arano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Endura in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Musko got free with Jairo Egoi in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Illan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jairo Egoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Musko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jairo Egoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play.
