The Echagüe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bombal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Echagüe the free kick. Ermegildo Moise kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Diego Eneto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Marciano Urki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Urritz hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Benito Ramone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Benito Ramone took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Urki. Marciano Urki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After the first half Echagüe were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benito Ramone to strike the kick off in the second half. Echagüe's Diego Eneto got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Bombal FC's Serafino Ritchie fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Marciano Urki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Eneto in the 72nd minute. When Diego Eneto came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Echagüe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Eneto couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Bombal FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Serafino Ritchie hit a great ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Benito Ramone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Echagüe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Ramone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudio Guillem during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 82 played minutes Bombal FC got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Guillem. In the 88th minute of the match, Diego Eneto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marciano Urki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Teofilo Loi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Lando in the 90th minute of play. Diego Eneto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Urki having to interfere. When Ernesto Lando came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Bombal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernesto Lando couldn't finish the play. The Bombal FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Echagüe's performance. The match ended with a win for Echagüe.
